Late Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

Nourivana Nutrition | Late Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds Policy

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

    • Changes made within 24 hours may result in a late cancellation fee (up to the full session cost), which cannot be billed to insurance.

  • No-Shows

    • If you miss a scheduled session without notice, a no-show fee (up to the full session cost) is subject to apply.

    • These fees are not covered by insurance and are the client’s responsibility.

  • Refunds

    • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

    • Prepaid packages or services are also non-refundable*, but you’re welcome to reschedule in line with the cancellation policy.

  • Insurance Clients

    • Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.

  • Final Note and Disclaimer

    • I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. They ensure I can continue to provide consistent, high-quality care to every client.
