Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Changes made within 24 hours may result in a late cancellation fee (up to the full session cost), which cannot be billed to insurance.

No-Shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, a no-show fee (up to the full session cost) is subject to apply.

These fees are not covered by insurance and are the client’s responsibility.

Refunds

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Prepaid packages or services are also non-refundable*, but you’re welcome to reschedule in line with the cancellation policy.

Insurance Clients

Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.
