Welcome to Nourivana Nutrition! By accessing or using this website and/or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 
1. Services Provided

• Nourivana Nutrition offers virtual nutrition counseling services focused on education, support, and guidance.

• All services are provided by a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

• Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician regarding medical conditions or concerns out of the RDN's Scope of Practice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to book services.

• If booking for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and participate in sessions as appropriate.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled online through the RDN's Fay Nutrition provider link or direct Nourivana Nutrition booking link.

• By booking a session, you agree to adhere to Nourivana Nutrition’s Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy (see separate policy for details).

4. Payments & Insurance

• Payments are due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

• If insurance is accepted, coverage is based on your individual plan and benefits. Clients are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance.

• Late cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance and are the responsibility of the client.

6. Use of Website

• All content on this website (articles, graphics, handouts, programs, etc.) is for informational and educational purposes only.

• Nourivana Nutrition does not guarantee specific outcomes, as progress depends on many individual factors.

• Nourivana Nutrition reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
